ECOSPEEDY INCLINABILE Adjustable Inclined VFFS Packaging Machine
ECOSPEEDY INCLINABILE is an adjustable inclined vertical form-fill-seal machine designed for packaging fragile, delicate and free-flowing products into bags made from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The machine can operate in a vertical position when maximum speed is required, or with the product tube inclined up to 45° to reduce mechanical impact on delicate products such as chips, crackers, cookies, wafers, rusks and other snack products.
The adjustable inclination makes ECOSPEEDY INCLINABILE suitable for manufacturers who need one compact VFFS solution for different product groups: fragile snacks, bakery products, confectionery items, frozen products, cereals, pasta, nuts, dried fruits and other free-flowing products.
The inclination angle can be changed by the operator or stored in the PLC and recalled automatically during format change. This helps adapt the machine to different products and packaging formats without compromising product quality.
A motorized belt between the dosing or weighing system and the forming tube keeps the discharge point stable and helps control product flow, reducing the risk of blockage and product breakage during filling.
