ECOSPEEDY is a compact vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for packing bulk, free-flowing, small-piece, frozen and non-food products into heat-sealed bags.
The machine is suitable for grains, pasta, dried fruits, snacks, tea, coffee beans, candies, sugar, salt, seafood, berries, vegetables, frozen ready-to-cook products, dry household chemicals, bath salt, seeds, soil, fertilizers, animal feed and other products suitable for VFFS packaging.
ECOSPEEDY is a previous-generation compact VFFS model available as a showroom unit. It remains a practical solution for manufacturers that need a versatile stainless steel packaging machine for pillow bags, flat bottom bags, net bags and optional sealed-edge bag formats.
ECOSPEEDY forms packages from roll-fed heat-sealable film, fills the product through one forming tube, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts the finished package. The machine can work in pneumatic or servo-driven configurations, depending on the selected version.
The machine is manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 and has a compact design with an integrated electrical cabinet. It can be configured with gas injection, hot foil printing, vacuum chamber, flat bottom forming device and automatic film centering.
ECOSPEEDY can be used as a standalone compact VFFS packaging machine or integrated with weighing, volumetric, counting or auger dosing systems, feeding conveyors, printers, discharge conveyors and secondary packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
