MINI MAYA INCLINED Compact VFFS Machine for Fragile Products
MINI MAYA INCLINED is a compact inclined vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for careful packaging of fragile and delicate products into pillow bags and flat bottom bags.
The machine is suitable for cookies, glazed gingerbread, wafers, chips, crackers, rusks, croissants, fish snacks, meat snacks and other products that can break, crack or deform during standard vertical packaging.
The key feature of MINI MAYA INCLINED is its inclined bagging configuration for fragile products. The machine reduces product drop impact during filling while keeping a compact footprint and stable packaging performance up to 45 bags per minute.
MINI MAYA INCLINED forms packages from roll-fed heat-sealable film, fills the product through the inclined forming area, seals the vertical and horizontal seams and cuts the finished bag. The machine can produce pillow bags as the main format and flat bottom bags with the square bottom device.
The machine works with polypropylene, laminates, polyethylene, barrier films and net films. It can be equipped with gas injection, pneumatic bag support, exit conveyor, printer and a polyethylene kit for PE bags.
MINI MAYA INCLINED is suitable for small and medium food production facilities that need compact VFFS packaging equipment for fragile products. The machine can be used as a standalone unit or integrated with dosing systems, feeding conveyors, date coding and secondary packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
