MINI MAYA Compact VFFS Packaging Machine for Fragile Products
MINI MAYA is a compact vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for packing fragile, delicate and small-piece products into pillow bags and flat bottom bags.
The machine is suitable for cookies, wafers, gingerbread, chips, crackers, rusks, croissants, nuts, dried products, seafood snacks, fish snacks, vegetables, berries, mushrooms and other products that require careful handling during vertical packaging.
The key feature of MINI MAYA is its compact vertical or inclined configuration. The inclined version helps reduce product breakage and damage when packaging fragile snacks, bakery products and delicate food items.
MINI MAYA forms packages from roll-fed heat-sealable film, doses the product, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts the finished package. The machine can be used for pillow bags and flat bottom bags depending on the selected forming and sealing configuration.
The machine is available in painted or stainless steel AISI 304 execution. Stainless steel configuration is especially useful for food production facilities where hygiene, easy cleaning and stable packaging quality are important.
MINI MAYA can be used as a standalone compact VFFS machine or integrated with dosing systems, feeding conveyors, date coding, product discharge and secondary packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
