PASTPACK VK Doypack Filling and Sealing Machine
PASTPACK VK is a compact rotary filling and sealing machine designed for packaging liquid, pasty, viscous, free-flowing and small-piece products into ready-made Doypack and stand-up pouches.
The machine is suitable for sauces, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste, condensed milk, honey, jam, chocolate paste, olives, pâté, caviar, snacks, nuts, crackers, bath salt, liquid soap, washing fluids, powders and other food or non-food products.
PASTPACK VK is an economical Doypack filling machine for small and medium production facilities. The operator manually loads ready-made pouches, while pouch movement, opening, filling, top sealing, date marking and discharge are performed automatically.
The machine works in a cyclic rotary mode. Ready-made Doypack pouches are placed into the feeding unit, opened, filled with the selected product, sealed along the top edge and discharged from the machine. Depending on the product type, PASTPACK VK can be equipped with piston, volumetric, auger or weighing dosing systems.
For products requiring convenient dispensing, the machine can be equipped with a vertical spout welding unit installed in the center of the pouch. Additional systems are available for hopper heating, inert gas injection, format changeover and discharge conveying.
PASTPACK VK is suitable for manufacturers that need compact, cost-effective and flexible Doypack packaging equipment for food, household chemical and non-food products in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
