PASTPACK VK Doypack Filling Machine for Bulk Products
PASTPACK VK for Bulk Products is a compact rotary Doypack filling and sealing machine designed for packaging free-flowing bulk products into ready-made stand-up pouches with a stable bottom.
The machine is suitable for cereals, tea, coffee, sugar, muesli, grains, dry grocery products, seeds and other bulk products that require stable retail packaging in Doypack or stand-up pouch format.
PASTPACK VK for Bulk Products is an economical solution for small and medium production facilities. The machine combines compact dimensions, low energy consumption and automated pouch opening, filling, sealing and discharge for ready-made Doypack packages.
The machine works with pre-made pouches. The operator loads empty Doypack bags into the feeding unit, while pouch movement, opening, filling with bulk product, top sealing, date marking and discharge are performed automatically.
The machine is equipped with a volumetric gate filler for dosing bulk products. This configuration is suitable for products with stable free-flowing characteristics where simple, reliable and cost-effective dosing is required.
