Linear DOYPACK Filling and Sealing Line is an automatic line designed for filling and sealing liquid, pasty and dry free-flowing products into Doypack and stand-up pouches formed directly from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The line is suitable for sauces, mayonnaise, sour cream, condensed milk, cream, ketchup, mustard, baby food, jam, fruit fillings, sugar, nuts, seeds, coffee, bath salt, shampoo, gels, household chemicals and other food or non-food products.
The key feature of the linear DOYPACK line is that the pouch is formed directly from roll-fed film. This helps reduce packaging cost compared with ready-made pouches and allows manufacturers to automate bag forming, filling, spout welding and sealing in one continuous process.
The line performs film unwinding, W-profile forming, bottom sealing, vertical seam sealing, pouch cutting, pouch transfer, pouch opening, product filling, top sealing and finished pouch discharge. All main operations are controlled from a common PLC panel.
Depending on the product and packaging format, the machine can be equipped with different dosing systems and with a top or corner spout welding unit. This makes the line suitable for Doypack packaging with or without a cap, including retail formats for food, household chemical and non-food products.
Linear DOYPACK filling and sealing lines can be adapted for CIP cleaning and integrated with hoppers, discharge conveyors, date coding, UV treatment, dosing systems and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

Linear DOYPACK Filling and Sealing Line can be configured according to product type, pouch size, spout position and required dosing system.
The line can produce Doypack pouches up to 1 liter, form packages from roll-fed film and weld either top or corner caps. It is suitable for manufacturers that need automated stand-up pouch packaging with stable geometry and reduced packaging material cost.
