PASTPACK VK2 Doypack Filling Machine for Bulk Products
PASTPACK VK2 is an automatic Doypack filling and sealing machine designed for packaging bulk, free-flowing, small-piece and medium-fraction products into ready-made stand-up pouches with a zipper.
The machine is suitable for coffee, milk powder, nuts, dried fruit, snacks, chips, candies, meat snacks, pet food and other food or non-food products that require stable retail packaging in Doypack pouches.
PASTPACK VK2 is designed for manufacturers that need compact, energy-efficient and productive equipment for filling bulk products into ready-made Doypack pouches with zipper. The machine can reach up to 25 packs per minute and can be adapted to different dosing systems.
The machine works with ready-made pouches with a stable bottom. The operator loads empty pouches into the feeding unit, while pouch movement, opening, filling, sealing, date marking and discharge are performed automatically.
Depending on the product type, PASTPACK VK2 can be equipped with volumetric, friction, weighing, auger or multihead dosing systems. This makes the machine suitable for different free-flowing products, from powders and granular products to nuts, snacks and pet food.
PASTPACK VK2 can be integrated with feeding systems, discharge conveyors, date marking, inert gas injection and downstream packaging equipment for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
