PASTPACK 2VK Twin Doypack Filling and Sealing Machine
PASTPACK 2VK is a twin rotary filling and sealing machine designed for packaging liquid, pasty, viscous, free-flowing and small-piece products into ready-made Doypack and stand-up pouches.
The machine is suitable for mayonnaise, sour cream, kefir, fermented dairy products, condensed milk, cream, ketchup, mustard, jam, sugar, nuts, dried fruit, seeds, detergents, bath salt, pet food and other food or non-food products.
PASTPACK 2VK is a higher-performance version of the compact PASTPACK VK machine. The twin configuration increases output up to 40 cycles per minute while keeping the machine suitable for flexible Doypack packaging of different product types.
The machine works in a cyclic mode. Ready-made pouches are manually loaded by the operator, while pouch movement from the feeding position to finished product discharge is performed automatically. The machine opens the pouch, fills it with the selected product, seals the top edge and discharges the finished package.
Depending on the product, PASTPACK 2VK can be equipped with volumetric, valve-type, friction, weighing or auger dosing systems. This allows the same platform to be adapted for liquids, pastes, powders, granules and small-piece products.
PASTPACK 2VK can also be equipped with a vertical spout welding unit, inert gas injection, hopper heating, date marking and discharge conveyor. The machine is suitable for Doypack packaging lines for food, household chemical and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
