STICKPACK STP-250 is a compact multi-lane stick pack packaging machine designed for portion filling and sealing of powder, dusty, granular, small-piece, viscous and liquid products into narrow stick packs.
The machine is suitable for sugar, salt, coffee, tea, cocoa, spices, honey, ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, syrups, powdered products and other food or non-food products that require compact portion packaging.
The key feature of STICKPACK STP-250 is its compact multi-lane design. The machine can operate with up to 6 lanes, reaching up to 240 packages per minute while keeping a small production footprint.
STICKPACK STP-250 forms narrow stick packs from roll-fed heat-sealable packaging material, doses the product, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts the finished packages. The machine is suitable for single-dose retail, HoReCa, sample, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and portion packaging applications.
Depending on the product type, the machine can be equipped with a volumetric, auger, weighing or liquid dosing system. This allows one platform to be adapted for free-flowing products, dusty powders, small-piece products and viscous liquids.
STICKPACK STP-250 is made from stainless steel AISI 304 and can be integrated with feeding conveyors, discharge conveyors, date coding, perforation, package counting and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
