HSA-100 Sachet Packaging Machine
HSA-100 Sachet is a horizontal sachet packaging machine designed for portion filling and sealing of food and non-food products into small sachet packs formed from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for coffee, sugar, instant drinks, dry mixes, yeast, gelatin, spices, seasonings, sauces, candies, pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, portion detergents and other products that require compact single-dose packaging.
The key feature of HSA-100 Sachet is its compact horizontal format. The machine forms sachet packs from roll-fed film, doses the product, seals the package and cuts finished sachets in automatic mode.
Depending on the product type, HSA-100 Sachet can be equipped with volumetric, auger, weighing or liquid dosing systems. This allows the same packaging platform to work with powders, granular products, gel-like products, sauces, liquids and selected piece products.
The machine works with heat-sealable packaging materials such as Paper/PE, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/BOPP/PE. This makes it suitable for portion packaging where compact size, clean sealing and stable package appearance are important.
HSA-100 Sachet can be used as a standalone sachet packaging machine or integrated with feeding systems, discharge conveyors, counting conveyors, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
