STICKPACK STP-450 is a high-speed multi-lane stick pack packaging machine designed for portion filling and sealing of powder, dusty, granular, viscous and liquid products into narrow stick packs.
The machine is suitable for sugar, salt, ground pepper, spices, seasonings, instant coffee, freeze-dried coffee, 3-in-1 coffee, tea, honey, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, shampoos, gels and other portion products.
The key feature of STICKPACK STP-450 is high-speed multi-lane packaging. The machine can reach up to 800 packages per minute, making it suitable for industrial production of single-dose stick packs for food, HoReCa, cosmetics and household products.
STICKPACK STP-450 forms packages from roll-fed heat-sealable packaging material. The film is cut into separate lanes, each lane is formed into a tube, filled with product, sealed with one longitudinal seam and two transverse seams, and then cut into individual stick packs.
Depending on the product type, the machine can be equipped with volumetric, auger, weighing or liquid dosing systems. This allows one platform to be adapted for free-flowing products, dusty powders, small granules, viscous sauces and liquid products.
STICKPACK STP-450 can be integrated with feeding conveyors, discharge conveyors, package counters, date coding, perforation and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
