SACHET SAP 400 P Multi-Lane Sachet Packaging Machine
SACHET SAP 400 P is a compact multi-lane sachet packaging machine designed for portion filling and sealing of powder, dusty, granular, free-flowing, small-piece, liquid and pasty products into flat sachet packs.
The machine is suitable for sugar, salt, coffee, cappuccino, spices, seasonings, powdered products, granules, sauces, ketchup, mustard, vegetable oil and other food or non-food products that require compact single-dose packaging.
The key feature of SACHET SAP 400 P is its compact multi-lane sachet format. The machine can operate with 1 to 4 product lanes and is suitable for cost-effective portion packaging of dry, liquid and pasty products.
SACHET SAP 400 P forms flat sachet packs from roll-fed heat-sealable packaging material. The machine pulls and centers the film, cuts it into lanes, forms the package, doses the product, seals the longitudinal and transverse seams and cuts finished sachets.
Depending on the product type, the machine can be equipped with volumetric, auger, weighing or liquid dosing systems. This allows the same platform to be adapted for free-flowing products, dusty powders, granules, sauces and liquid portion products.
SACHET SAP 400 P can be used as a standalone sachet packaging machine or integrated with feeding conveyors, discharge conveyors, package counters, date coding and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
