Z-Shaped Belt Feeding Conveyor for Packaging Lines
Z-Shaped Belt Feeding Conveyor is designed for automatic product feeding to high dosing systems in packaging lines for fine-fraction, free-flowing, granular, small-piece and large-piece products.
The conveyor supplies product from the loading hopper to the dosing unit and is especially suitable for integration with multihead weighers, as well as selected volumetric dosing systems used in vertical packaging lines and complete packaging complexes.
The Z-shaped belt design is used when product must be lifted to a high dosing point. Compared with bucket conveyors, the belt version provides higher output, lower noise and better suitability for fine-fraction products such as sugar and larger products such as bakery rings.
This conveyor is suitable for packaging complexes where the dosing system is installed above the packaging machine. The belt transport principle helps feed products continuously and steadily before the dosing and packaging stage.
Depending on the product and sanitary requirements, the conveyor can be supplied in painted steel or stainless steel execution. A standard vibrating hopper with a volume of 160 litres is available, while a 120-litre hopper can be used for fragile products.
Z-Shaped Belt Feeding Conveyor can be integrated into SIGITASPAK packaging lines with VFFS machines, multihead weighers, linear weighers, volumetric fillers, checkweighers, metal detectors and other equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
