Auger Feeding Conveyor for Powder Products
Auger Feeding Conveyor is designed for automatic feeding of powder, fine-fraction, dusty and difficult-flowing products to dosing systems in packaging lines.
The conveyor supplies product from the loading hopper to the dosing unit and is especially suitable for integration with auger fillers and powder dosing systems used in vertical packaging machines, sachet lines and complete packaging complexes.
The auger feeding principle is used when powder products cannot be fed efficiently by belt or bucket conveyors. The screw mechanism helps move dusty, fine-fraction and difficult-flowing products with stable and controlled product supply before dosing.
The machine is used for feeding flour, milk powder, soda, detergent powders and other products that require screw-type product movement before the dosing and packaging stage.
The conveyor is suitable for packaging complexes where accurate and continuous product supply to the dosing system is required. It helps stabilise the feeding process and reduce manual loading of powder products into the dosing equipment.
