MINI SUPER is a compact horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for automatic wrapping of piece products into three-seal packages made from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for muffins, croissants, buns, bakery products, confectionery products, fruits, vegetables, greens, sponges, disposable tableware and other food or non-food products that require individual Flow Pack packaging.
MINI SUPER differs from the standard MINI FLOW-PACK by its extended infeed conveyor of 500 mm or 1 m and an exit conveyor that replaces the standard discharge slope. This makes the machine more convenient for continuous packaging of portion products.
The machine forms a package from plain or printed heat-sealable film, wraps the product, creates the longitudinal seal and performs rotary cross sealing. The finished Flow Pack package is separated automatically and transferred to the discharge conveyor.
MINI SUPER is controlled through a touchscreen panel and can store up to 10 recipes for different product and package formats. The machine can automatically adjust the speed of the cross sealing jaws according to the product size without stopping the packaging process.
Compact dimensions, stainless steel structure, simple operation and mobility make MINI SUPER suitable for bakeries, supermarkets, small food productions and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
