EURO 600 BA Servo Flow Pack Packaging Machine
EURO 600 BA is a servo-driven horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for automatic individual packaging of food and non-food products into three-seal bags made from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for bread, loaves, baguettes, crispbread, bread sticks, buns, croissants, muffins, cookies, waffles, marshmallows, confectionery products, fruits, vegetables, products in trays or boxes, and other piece products that require stable Flow Pack packaging.
EURO 600 BA is a universal Flow Pack solution for manufacturers that need a wide product size range, servo-controlled packaging accuracy and reliable operation with film reels up to 600 mm wide.
The machine forms the package from plain or printed heat-sealable film, wraps the product, creates the longitudinal seal and performs cross sealing to produce a finished three-seal Flow Pack package. With the optional guillotine unit, the machine can work with limitless package length.
All main machine movements are servo-assisted. The modular construction makes the functional groups easy to access and remove, while the stainless steel AISI 304 structure supports use in food and non-food packaging environments.
EURO 600 BA can be used as standalone packaging equipment or integrated into complete packaging lines with feeding conveyors, printers, product detection, discharge conveyors and downstream packaging equipment for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
