EURO SMART Compact Servo Flow Pack Packaging Machine
EURO SMART is a compact horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine designed for automatic wrapping of piece food and non-food products into three-seal packages made from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for baguettes, loaves, buns, croissants, doughnuts, chocolate bars, muffins, confectionery products, sausage, fruits, vegetables, products on trays and other piece products that require stable individual Flow Pack packaging.
EURO SMART combines compact dimensions with a fully servo-assisted construction. It is a flexible Flow Pack solution for manufacturers that need higher control, wider configuration options and reliable packaging quality in a compact machine format.
EURO SMART forms the package from a plain or printed heat-sealable film reel, wraps the product, creates a longitudinal seal and performs cross sealing to produce a finished three-seal Flow Pack package.
The machine is equipped with Siemens servo motors and has a cantilevered stainless steel structure. Modular and easily removable functional groups simplify maintenance, cleaning and access to the main machine units.
The compact design, structure on wheels and wide range of optional equipment make EURO SMART suitable for bakeries, food producers, confectionery manufacturers and non-food packaging projects in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
