SPM-WRAPAROUND-15 Wraparound Case Packer for Pure-Pak Cartons
SPM-WRAPAROUND-15 for Pure-Pak Cartons is an automatic wraparound case packer designed for group packaging of Pure-Pak and gable top cartons into compact cardboard wraparound cases and retail-ready showboxes.
The machine is suitable for carton packages used for milk, dairy products, juices, beverages and other liquid food products packed in Pure-Pak or similar gable top packaging formats.
Wraparound technology forms the cardboard case directly around the grouped carton block. This helps reduce board consumption, improve transport stability and create compact packaging suitable for logistics, warehouse handling and retail display.
During operation, Pure-Pak cartons are fed to the grouping area, arranged into a stable product block and transferred to the case forming zone. A flat cardboard blank is then wrapped around the product group to form a finished wraparound case.
The machine is designed for automatic end-of-line packaging and can be adapted to different carton sizes, grouping patterns and cardboard case formats according to the customer’s production requirements.
SPM-WRAPAROUND-15 for Pure-Pak Cartons can be integrated with SIGITASPAK filling lines, conveyors, product grouping systems, checkweighers, labeling equipment, palletizing systems and complete end-of-line packaging solutions for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
