SPM-WRAPAROUND-15 Wraparound Case Packer for Bricks
SPM-WRAPAROUND-15 for Bricks is an automatic wraparound case packer designed for group packaging of brick-shaped products into wraparound cardboard cases and retail showboxes.
The machine is suitable for butter bricks, margarine bricks, spreads, cheese bricks, cheese products and other food or non-food products with similar rectangular geometry.
Wraparound technology forms the cardboard case directly around a pre-grouped product block. This helps reduce cardboard consumption, improve package rigidity and create a compact transport or retail-ready showbox.
During the packaging cycle, products are fed to the machine, grouped into a block, transferred to the wraparound forming area and wrapped with a flat cardboard blank. The case is then compressed and fixed to create a stable cardboard package around the product group.
The machine is designed for integration into automatic production lines and can work with manual or automatic product feeding depending on the required line configuration.
SPM-WRAPAROUND-15 for Bricks can be integrated with SIGITASPAK packaging machines, product feeding conveyors, grouping systems, checkweighing, labeling, shrink wrapping and palletizing equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
