Sliding Volumetric Doser for Free-Flowing Products
Sliding Volumetric Doser is a compact volumetric dosing unit designed for portioning free-flowing, granulated, fine-fraction and selected small-piece products by volume.
The doser is suitable for sugar, salt, grains, cereals, seeds, nuts, tea, coffee, spices, dry milk, washing powder and other food or non-food bulk products that can be dosed by a measuring cup.
Sliding Volumetric Doser is an economical solution for low-speed volumetric dosing tasks where simple construction, compact dimensions and stable portion volume are more important than high-speed weighing accuracy.
The machine operates in a stepwise working cycle. The product is loaded into the hopper, fills the measuring cup, and then the sliding mechanism releases the formed dose into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The doser has relay control and a pneumatic drive. The basic configuration includes a frame with loading hopper, measuring cup and control system.
Sliding Volumetric Doser can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with SIGITASPAK packaging machines, conveyors and complete packaging lines for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
