Rotary Volumetric Filler for Small-Fraction Products
Rotary Volumetric Filler is a high-speed rotary dosing unit designed for volumetric filling of free-flowing small-fraction products with particle diameter up to 10 mm.
The filler is suitable for grains, cereals, seeds, nuts, tea, coffee, pepper seeds, granulated food products and selected non-food granular products that can be dosed by volume.
Rotary Volumetric Filler is designed for high-speed dosing of small free-flowing products. The rotary cup design helps dose products gently and reduces the risk of product damage during filling.
The machine uses six dosing modules to form portions by volume. On free-flowing small-fraction products, the filler can reach high output, including up to 140 doses per minute for 150 g cooking bags with grains.
The filler can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with vertical VFFS packaging machines from the PITPACK series and other SIGITASPAK packaging lines.
Rotary Volumetric Filler is suitable for food and non-food manufacturers that need compact, fast and economical volumetric dosing equipment for packaging lines in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
