Rotary Valve Volumetric Filler for Dusty and Abrasive Products
Rotary Valve Volumetric Filler is a volumetric dosing unit designed for portioning free-flowing, granular, dusty and abrasive small-fraction products by volume.
The filler is suitable for cocoa, flour, sugar, salt, soda, spices, seasonings, grains, cereals, seeds, nuts, bath salts, granulated food products and selected non-food bulk materials.
The key feature of the Rotary Valve Volumetric Filler is its valve-gate design, which allows the machine to dose dusty and abrasive products more reliably than standard rotary cup fillers.
The machine operates in a stepwise working cycle. Product enters the dosing area, fills the measuring cup, and the rotary valve mechanism releases the formed volume into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The filler uses six dosing modules and relay control. The basic configuration includes a frame with loading hopper, measuring cup and control system.
Rotary Valve Volumetric Filler can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with SIGITASPAK vertical packaging machines, PITPACK systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines for food and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
