TRAYSEALER Automatic Tray Sealing Machine
TRAYSEALER is an automatic tray sealing machine designed for packaging ready meals, semi-finished food products and other fresh or processed products in plastic trays and containers.
The machine seals plastic containers with roll-fed film by cutting the film from the roll and hermetically sealing it to the tray contour. Depending on the configuration, TRAYSEALER can perform standard sealing, vacuum sealing or sealing in modified atmosphere packaging conditions.
TRAYSEALER is suitable for food manufacturers that need reliable tray packaging with vacuum or MAP functionality. The machine helps extend product shelf life, protect product appearance and prepare trays for retail, delivery, storage and transportation.
The machine automatically moves trays with product into the sealing area, lifts the lower chamber, removes air from the chamber, fills it with inert gas when MAP mode is selected, seals the tray with film, cuts the film along the tray contour and discharges the packed container.
TRAYSEALER can work with plastic trays and containers for ready meals, meat, fish, poultry, cheese, salads, bakery products, confectionery, snacks, sandwiches and other food products. The maximum tray size can reach 500 × 270 mm depending on the selected format set.
The machine is designed for continuous industrial operation and can be integrated with dosing systems, label applicators, printers, UV film treatment units, discharge conveyors, rotary accumulation tables and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.

TRAYSEALER can be configured for different tray formats, sealing modes, film types and production requirements. The machine supports vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging for products that require extended shelf life and stable package quality.
The machine combines a stainless steel frame, servo-driven tray movement, servo-driven sealing matrix lifting and a 7-inch touch screen control panel. Quick-change format tooling allows the equipment to be adapted for different tray sizes.
