PASTPACK 2R2V Rotary Tray Sealing Machine
PASTPACK 2R2V / TRAYSEALER is a rotary tray sealing machine with two enlarged rotors, designed for sealing cups and containers filled with ready-made products.
The machine is suitable for ready meals, prepared food, dairy products, salads, sauces, desserts, semi-finished products and other food products packed into plastic cups, buckets or containers.
The main feature of PASTPACK 2R2V is the dual-rotor configuration. Two enlarged rotors allow parallel packaging of different container sizes or different products, increase machine productivity and make it possible to continue operation on one rotor during preventive maintenance.
Sealing can be performed with protective gas injection or with vacuum creation inside the container. These options help extend product shelf life, protect product appearance and prepare packed containers for retail, delivery, storage and transportation.
The increased rotor diameter allows the machine to seal buckets with volume up to 3 liters in a single-row configuration. In a two-row configuration, two containers can be placed in one rotor position, allowing up to four packages to be produced per machine cycle.
PASTPACK 2R2V / TRAYSEALER can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into filling, dosing, labeling, date coding, conveyor and downstream packaging systems for food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
