Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer for Vacuum and MAP Packaging
Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer is designed for packaging ready products and semi-finished food products in plastic trays and containers by hermetically sealing them with roll-fed film.
The machine is suitable for ready meals, meat, fish, poultry, seafood, cheese, dairy products, salads, bakery products, confectionery, snacks and other products that require reliable tray sealing for retail, delivery, storage or transportation.
The semi-automatic format is suitable for small and medium production facilities that need professional tray sealing quality without installing a fully automatic tray sealing line. The operator loads and unloads trays manually, while the machine performs the sealing cycle automatically.
During operation, the machine moves the tray carriage into the sealing area, presses the upper chamber, removes air from the chamber, fills it with inert gas when MAP mode is selected, seals the tray with film, cuts the film along the tray contour, restores pressure in the chamber and returns the carriage to the loading position.
The machine can be configured for standard tray sealing, vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging. MAP and vacuum options help extend shelf life, protect product appearance and improve package stability for fresh, chilled and prepared food products.
Semi-Automatic Tray Sealer can be used as a standalone unit or integrated with dosing systems, label applicators, printers, conveyors and downstream packaging equipment for food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
