SPM-VCP-200 Vertical Sleeve-Type Carton Packer
SPM-VCP-200 Vertical Sleeve-Type Carton Packer is an automatic high-speed machine designed for forming, filling and closing cardboard sleeve-type cartons for free-flowing and small-piece products.
The machine is suitable for cereals, grains, pasta, salt, sugar, dry mixes, breakfast cereals, wrapped confectionery and other products that can be dosed vertically into a rigid cardboard carton.
SPM-VCP-200 works according to the logic of a vertical packaging machine, but instead of forming a film package, it forms a rigid cardboard carton. This makes the finished package more stable for transport, storage and retail presentation.
During operation, carton blanks are taken from the magazine, opened and formed into a sleeve-type carton. The product is then dosed into the carton through loading funnels, after which the machine forms the top of the package and closes the carton.
The machine provides a fully automated cycle: carton forming, product dosing, carton closing and rejection of non-conforming packages. The “no carton — no dose” function helps prevent product loss and improves packaging accuracy.
SPM-VCP-200 can be integrated with SIGITASPAK dosing systems, feeding conveyors, checkweighers, marking equipment, carton handling systems and downstream end-of-line automation for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
