SPM-HAS-200 High-Speed Sleeve-Type Case Packer
SPM-HAS-200 High-Speed Sleeve-Type Case Packer is an automatic high-performance case packing machine designed for forming, filling and closing three-flap carton cases of the sleeve type.
The machine is suitable for products that can keep their shape during automatic handling and loading. It is used for food, dairy, confectionery, grocery, frozen food, household chemical, personal care, pharmaceutical and medical products.
SPM-HAS-200 is designed for high-speed industrial lines where automatic case opening, product loading and case closing must be performed continuously and with stable product orientation.
During operation, carton blanks are taken from the magazine, opened by the forming mechanism and transferred to the product loading zone. The product is fed to the machine manually or automatically, grouped according to the required format and loaded into the carton case.
The machine includes product and case presence control systems, protection against incorrect loading and a vacuum-based carton opening system for stable blank handling at high speed. The finished carton can be closed with hot-melt glue or by mechanical flap locking, depending on the selected configuration.
SPM-HAS-200 can be integrated into SIGITASPAK end-of-line systems with upstream packaging machines, feeding conveyors, product grouping systems, marking equipment, labeling systems, carton handling equipment and downstream automation for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
