SGP-60V Horizontal Sleeve-Type Case Packer
SGP-60V Horizontal Sleeve-Type Case Packer is an automatic cartoner-case packer designed for group packaging of products into pre-glued three-flap carton cases of the sleeve type.
The machine loads products into the carton in a horizontal position and is suitable for single products, primary packages and grouped products that require accurate orientation inside the cardboard case.
Sleeve-type carton packaging is suitable when the product must be loaded horizontally into a compact three-flap cardboard case. The finished case can be closed with hot glue or by mechanical flap folding, depending on the required packaging configuration.
During operation, products are delivered to the loading system by conveyor or manual feeding, arranged according to the required format and pushed into the pre-formed carton case. After loading, the machine closes the case by flap folding or hot-melt glue sealing.
SGP-60V can be adapted to different product formats and carton sizes. The box magazine allows fast changeover to another carton format by smooth adjustment within the specified range, which makes the machine suitable for multi-format production.
The machine can be integrated into SIGITASPAK end-of-line systems with feeding conveyors, product sorting modules, marking systems, labeling equipment, checkweighers, carton handling systems and downstream packaging equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
