AMATA KATE-210-LV Linear Multihead Weigher for Large Products
AMATA KATE-210-LV is a two-level 10-head linear combination weigher designed for accurate dosing of large, heavy and coarse-fraction products.
The weigher is suitable for potatoes, turnips, beetroot, onions, apples, oranges, frozen meat, frozen fish and other large products that require stable portioning before packaging.
AMATA KATE-210-LV is designed specifically for large agricultural and coarse-fraction products. Reinforced product handling elements, brush distributors and pneumatic gates help control product flow and reduce the risk of uncontrolled product falling or jamming.
The combination weighing principle allows the system to select the most accurate dose from several weighing pockets while maintaining stable production speed. This makes the machine suitable for products where portion accuracy and reliable handling of heavy items are both important.
Brush distributors help load the vibrating feeders evenly. Pneumatic gates on the vibrating feeders prevent uncontrolled product falling into the accumulating baskets and support stable dosing of large products.
Product-contact metal parts are made of polished stainless steel approved for food applications. The removable construction of brush distributors, vibrating feeders, accumulating baskets and weighing baskets simplifies cleaning, service and product changeover.
AMATA KATE-210-LV can be used as a standalone dosing unit or integrated with packaging machines, conveyors and complete packaging lines supplied by SIGITASPAK for food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
