AMATA KATE-210-LT Belt-Fed Multihead Weigher for Fragile Products
AMATA KATE-210-LT is a two-level 10-head belt-fed combination weigher designed for accurate dosing of medium- and large-fraction fragile products.
The weigher is suitable for meringues, glazed gingerbread, kurabye cookies, snacks, fragile pasta, chocolate-coated marshmallows, crispbread, chips, frozen shrimps and other delicate products that require gentle handling during dosing.
The key feature of AMATA KATE-210-LT is the belt-fed product path. Instead of standard vibrating feeders, the machine uses conveyor feeders to move fragile products more gently and reduce the risk of breakage during dosing.
The combination weighing principle allows the system to select the most accurate dose from several weighing pockets while maintaining stable production speed. This makes the machine suitable for products where both dosing accuracy and careful product handling are important.
Product-contact metal parts are made of polished stainless steel, while the working surface of the conveyor belts is made of food-approved PVC. If required, product path surfaces can be coated with an anti-adhesion layer.
AMATA KATE-210-LT can be used as a standalone dosing unit or integrated with packaging machines, conveyors and complete packaging lines supplied by SIGITASPAK for food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
