Traysealers

The TRASEALER machine is designed for packaging finished products or semi-finished products in plastic containers by cutting from a roll and hermetically sealing with polystyrene and polypropylene film in automatic mode. The estimated productivity of the machine is 10 cycles/min (the maximum calculated is 16 cycles/min).

• Flexibility: maximum tray size 500x270 mm. 
• Quick format changeover.

• Advanced MAP functionality: vacuum or vacuum + gas flush. Gas flow control integrated into general machine controls.

The actual performance depends on the size of the container, the product, the number of operations, the thickness and the type of film.

The equipment performs the following operations:

• Sealing only.
• Vacuum sealing (vacuum packaging).
• Sealing in a modified gas environment.

Container:
The container is 187x137 mm. The maximum height is 135 mm


The machine is based on the process of hermetically sealing containers with a film in a vacuum. Depending on the configuration, sealing using a modified atmosphere (IDA) is provided. After starting the "START" button, the machine, configured and prepared for operation, automatically performs the entire cycle of technological operations with a set rhythm from feeding the container with the product to the sealing zone and issuing the packed container.

The machine performs the following operation cycle:

• moves the container with the product with pushers to the sealing area
• lifts the bottom of the camera
• pumps out the air in the chamber
• fills the chamber with inert gas
• seals the container with a film with simultaneous cutting along the contour
• restores the pressure in the chamber
• lowers the lower part of the camera
• unwinds film waste
