SFINGE VFFS Machine for Long and Fragile Products — Showroom Unit
SFINGE is a vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for long, fragile and shape-sensitive products that require careful handling during forming, filling and sealing.
The machine is suitable for packaging long pasta, spaghetti, bread sticks, rusks, cookies, biscuits, fragile snacks and other products where product length, shape or breakability must be considered during the packaging process.
SFINGE is no longer in serial production and is available as a showroom unit. It is relevant for manufacturers that need a ready-made VFFS solution for long or fragile products without waiting for a new machine production cycle.
SFINGE is available in two working concepts: a fixed horizontal version for long products and an inclinable version with adjustment up to 45° for fragile products. The horizontal layout supports the packaging of long pasta, bread sticks and similar products, while the inclined layout helps reduce product breakage during filling.
The machine forms packages from roll-fed heat-sealable film and can produce pillow bags as standard, with optional flat bottom bags, sealed-edge bags and clip bags depending on the configuration.
SFINGE can be integrated with dosing systems, feeding conveyors, gas injection, printing units, automatic film centering and downstream packaging equipment. For new projects requiring current serial production models, SIGITASPAK can also offer alternative machines from the same product category.
