SCREAM-2FQ Block Bag VFFS Packaging Machine — Showroom Unit
SCREAM-2FQ is a continuous vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for producing double-square-bottom block bags with a double-bent upper flap fixed by a reclosable label.
The machine forms sealed square-bottom bags from roll-fed heat-sealable film, fills them with a previously weighed dose of product and transfers each bag through a dedicated shaping chain for air removal, flap folding and label application.
SCREAM-2FQ is no longer in serial production and is available as a showroom stock unit. It is suitable for manufacturers that need a ready-made solution for premium block bags with reclosable label closure.
After filling, the bag is supported under the horizontal sealing jaws and passes through a settling and deflating stage. This helps remove excess air from the package and prepares the upper flap for accurate double folding.
The product chain moves the bag through the shaping stations: the pressure device forms the square top, the drum performs the first bend, and the wedge creates the second bend. After that, the label applicator fixes the reclosable label to the folded flap.
SCREAM-2FQ can be used for premium retail packaging of long, fragile, small-piece and free-flowing products where stable bag geometry, square-bottom presentation and reclosable label functionality are important.
