SCREAM High-Speed VFFS Packaging Machine
SCREAM is a high-speed vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine designed for automated forming, filling and sealing of bags from roll-fed heat-sealable film.
The machine is suitable for packaging snacks, bakery products, confectionery products, pasta, cereals, nuts, dried fruits and other food products that require stable bag forming, accurate sealing and high production speed.
SCREAM is no longer in serial production and is available as the last stock unit. This makes the machine relevant for manufacturers that need a ready high-speed VFFS solution without waiting for a new machine production cycle.
The machine reaches high output through the continuous Up & Down movement of the horizontal sealing jaws. This design helps increase packaging speed while maintaining stable sealing quality for pillow bags and optional flat bottom bags.
SCREAM uses servo drives for film pulling, longitudinal sealing and transversal sealing. Servo-controlled motion improves repeatability, supports stable operation at high speed and helps keep package geometry consistent during continuous production.
The machine can be integrated with dosing systems, feeding equipment, conveyors, date coding, gas injection and downstream packaging equipment. For new projects requiring current serial production models, SIGITASPAK can also offer alternative machines from the same category.
