Sleeve Labeling Machine for PET Bottles
SLEEVE LABELING MACHINE is an automatic labeling machine designed for applying heat-shrink sleeve labels to PET bottles and containers of cylindrical or complex geometric shape.
The machine is suitable for PET bottles used for water, milk, yogurt, dairy drinks, juices, beverages and other food or non-food products where full-body shrink sleeve labeling is required.
The key advantage of sleeve labeling is the ability to fit the label tightly around containers of complex shape. When heated in the steam tunnel, the sleeve label shrinks around the bottle and follows its geometry.
The machine performs bottle transport and positioning, sleeve unwinding, sleeve pulling to the required label length, label cutting, label application onto the bottle, vertical label centering and heat shrinking in the steam tunnel.
The steam tunnel provides uniform heating of the sleeve label surface. Steam temperature can be adjusted depending on label size, film thickness and bottle geometry, which helps achieve accurate shrinkage and a clean final appearance.
SLEEVE LABELING MACHINE can be used as a standalone labeling unit or integrated with bottle filling lines, conveyors, capping machines, bottle drying systems, date coding, inspection equipment and downstream packaging systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
