Bottle Labeling Machine for PET, Glass and Metal Containers
BOTTLE LABELING MACHINE is an automatic labeling machine designed for applying wraparound or segment polypropylene labels to round PET bottles, glass bottles, metal bottles, jars and cans.
The machine is suitable for carbonated and non-carbonated beverage bottles, dairy bottles, water bottles, juice bottles, glass containers, metal cans and other round rigid containers requiring accurate label application.
The key function of the machine is automatic application of circular or segment polypropylene labels to round containers. The equipment can work with transparent polypropylene, pearl-type film and metallized polypropylene labels.
During operation, containers are transported through the labeling zone, separated by the turnstile unit, positioned and rolled for accurate label application. The adhesive station applies glue to the label, while the vacuum drum, cutting unit and film pulling rollers ensure stable label feeding and placement.
The machine is suitable for automatic labeling lines where repeatable label position, stable container transport and clean label appearance are important. It can be used with PET, glass and metal containers with a diameter from 60 to 120 mm.
BOTTLE LABELING MACHINE can be used as a standalone labeling unit or integrated with filling lines, bottle conveyors, capping machines, date coding, inspection equipment and downstream packaging systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
