High-Speed Bottle Labeling Machine for PET Bottles
HIGH-SPEED BOTTLE LABELING MACHINE is an automatic labeling machine designed for applying wraparound or segment polypropylene labels to filled and dried PET bottles at high production speed.
The machine is suitable for PET bottles used for drinking water, carbonated beverages, non-carbonated drinks, dairy drinks, juice-containing beverages and other liquid products packed in PET containers.
The key feature of this model is high-speed operation up to 10,000 bottles per hour. The machine applies PP labels from a roll, cuts the label to the required length and fixes it on the bottle surface using adhesive.
After filling, the bottle passes through a drying or blowing section where moisture is removed from the surface. Then the bottle is automatically fed to the labeling machine, separated, positioned and transferred to the labeling zone.
The labeling process includes label unwinding, label cutting, glue application, label transfer by vacuum drum and accurate application to the bottle surface. The machine can work with circular wraparound labels and segment labels depending on the bottle format and label design.
