LGS 6000 Glazed Curd Bar Production Line
LGS 6000 is an automatic production line designed for forming, filling, glazing, cooling, decorating and Flow Pack packaging of glazed curd bars and cottage cheese bars.
The line is suitable for producing glazed curd bars of different shapes, with or without filling. Products can be filled with jam, chocolate, condensed milk and other fillings, glazed with chocolate coating and decorated with liquid or dry toppings.
The key feature of LGS 6000 is a complete automated process: curd bar forming, filling, glazing, cooling, optional decoration, automatic placing and individual Flow Pack packaging on LINEPACK FA.
LGS 6000 can produce classic glazed curd bars, filled curd bars, decorated curd bars and combined products such as curd bars placed on a cookie base. The typical product weight range is 40–50 g, depending on the recipe, product shape and line configuration.
The line includes a bar forming machine with string or diaphragm cutting, a filling station, a glazing machine, a cooling tunnel, an automatic placer, a horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine and a receiving table. This configuration allows manufacturers to automate both product forming and final individual packaging.
LGS 6000 can be used for dairy and confectionery production facilities that need stable output, stainless steel execution, accurate glaze heating, reliable glaze feeding and automated product transfer to Flow Pack packaging for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
