LGS 1000 Compact Glazed Curd Bar Production Line
LGS 1000 is a compact automatic production line designed for forming, filling, glazing, cooling and Flow Pack packaging of glazed curd bars and cottage cheese bars.
The line is suitable for producing glazed curd bars of different shapes, with or without filling. Products can be filled with jam, chocolate, condensed milk and other fillings, glazed with chocolate coating and decorated according to the product recipe.
The key feature of LGS 1000 is compact automated production of glazed curd bars at up to 1,000 bars per hour. The line combines forming, filling, glazing, cooling, automatic placing and individual Flow Pack packaging.
LGS 1000 can produce classic glazed curd bars, filled curd bars, decorated curd bars and combined products such as curd bars placed on a cookie base. The typical product weight range is 40–50 g, depending on the recipe, shape and line configuration.
The line includes a forming machine with string cutting, a filling station, a glazing machine, a cooling tunnel, a linear automatic placer and a horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine LINEPACK COMPACT.
LGS 1000 is suitable for dairy and confectionery manufacturers that need a compact line for small and medium production volumes, automated product forming and individual Flow Pack packaging for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
