LGS 10000 High-Capacity Glazed Curd Bar Production Line
LGS 10000 is a high-capacity automatic production line designed for forming, filling, glazing, cooling, decorating and Flow Pack packaging of glazed curd bars and cottage cheese bars.
The line is suitable for producing glazed curd bars of different shapes, with or without filling. Products can be filled with jam, chocolate, condensed milk and other fillings, glazed with chocolate coating and decorated with liquid or dry toppings.
The key feature of LGS 10000 is high-capacity automated production of glazed curd bars at up to 10,000 bars per hour. The line combines curd bar forming, filling, glazing, cooling, optional decoration and individual Flow Pack packaging.
LGS 10000 can produce classic glazed curd bars, filled curd bars, decorated curd bars and combined products such as curd bars placed on a cookie base. The typical product weight range is 40–50 g, depending on recipe, product shape and line configuration.
The line includes a bar forming machine with string or diaphragm cutting, a filling station, a glazing machine, a cooling tunnel, an automatic placer, a horizontal Flow Pack packaging machine and a receiving table. This configuration automates both product forming and final individual packaging.
LGS 10000 is suitable for dairy and confectionery manufacturers that need high output, stainless steel execution, stable glaze feeding, accurate glaze heating and automated transfer to Flow Pack packaging for factories in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
