Automatic Tray Former for Corrugated Trays
Automatic Tray Former is a machine designed for automatic forming of corrugated cardboard trays and cell trays from flat cardboard blanks.
The machine is suitable for plastic cups, buckets, containers and other types of rigid packaging that require placement into a cardboard tray for group, transport or secondary packaging.
Automatic Tray Former forms trays from corrugated blanks and can be used both in automatic production lines and in applications where products are loaded into trays manually.
The machine takes a blank from the magazine, feeds it to the forming area, applies glue, forms the tray structure and transfers the finished tray to the outlet conveyor.
The equipment supports tray formats such as 2×3, 2×4 and 3×3. Quick changeover makes it possible to adapt the machine to different tray designs, low and high tray formats and different product group configurations.
Automatic Tray Former can be integrated into SIGITASPAK group packaging and end-of-line systems for dairy, food, beverage, household, cosmetic and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
