Automatic Tray Forming Machine is a machine designed for automatic forming of corrugated cardboard trays and cell trays from flat corrugated blanks.
The machine prepares cardboard trays for further product loading in group packaging and end-of-line packaging systems. It is suitable for factories that need stable tray forming before manual or automatic placement of products into trays.
This is a practical tray forming solution for high-demand production tasks: the machine automatically feeds corrugated blanks, folds them into trays or cell trays, applies glue and fixes the tray sides for stable transport packaging.
The machine includes a blank accumulator conveyor, blank dispensing mechanism, transport system, glue supply station, tray folding mechanism, side gluing mechanism, pressers and safety guarding.
The formed tray can be transferred further to manual loading, automatic product grouping, manipulator loading, tray packing, shrink wrapping, carton packing or palletizing operations.
