Automatic Tray Packer for Corrugated Cardboard Trays
Automatic Tray Packer is a machine designed for forming transport packaging in the form of a corrugated cardboard tray with products placed inside.
The machine is suitable for plastic cups, containers, buckets and other rigid product packs that need to be grouped into a cardboard tray for transport, storage and secondary packaging.
Automatic Tray Packer forms corrugated trays with or without cells and prepares transport packaging for products already placed into the tray. The machine is suitable for tray formats such as 2×3, 2×4, 3×3 and 3×4.
The equipment takes a corrugated blank from the magazine, feeds it to the forming area, applies glue, forms the tray and transfers the finished tray package to the outfeed conveyor.
Product placement into the tray can be performed manually. For fully automated operation, the machine can be integrated with a block forming unit and manipulator that forms product groups and transfers them into the tray.
Automatic Tray Packer can be integrated into SIGITASPAK group packaging and end-of-line systems for dairy, food, beverage, household, cosmetic and non-food manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
