Auger Volumetric Filler DSH2 for Powders
Auger Volumetric Filler DSH2 is a high-speed auger dosing unit designed for volumetric filling of dusty, powdery and difficult-to-flow products.
The filler is suitable for flour, starch, cocoa powder, chicory, dry milk, mustard powder, ground spices, powdered ingredients, fine construction mixes and other food or non-food powder products that require controlled auger dosing.
DSH2 is the higher-output version of the DSH auger filler range. The machine doses powder products by a rotating auger, while the portion volume is set by the number of auger revolutions and the auger size.
The machine operates in a stepwise working cycle. Product is loaded into the hopper, mixed to support stable feeding, moved by the dosing auger and discharged through the auger tube into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The filler is controlled by a programmable controller with an alphanumeric control panel. Operating information is displayed on the screen, allowing the operator to monitor the dosing process during production.
Auger Volumetric Filler DSH2 can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with SIGITASPAK vertical packaging machines, PITPACK systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines for food, chemical and construction material manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
