Auger Volumetric Filler DSH Servo for Powders
Auger Volumetric Filler DSH Servo is a high-speed servo-driven auger dosing unit designed for volumetric filling of dusty, powdery and difficult-to-flow products.
The filler is suitable for flour, starch, cocoa powder, dry milk, mustard powder, ground spices, soda, salt, powdered ingredients, fine construction mixes and other food or non-food powder products that require controlled auger dosing.
The key feature of DSH Servo is the servo-driven auger. The programmable controller rotates the auger by a strictly defined angle, which helps increase dosing accuracy and allows the machine to reach output up to 120 doses per minute.
The machine operates in a stepwise working cycle. Product is loaded into the hopper, mixed to support stable powder feeding, moved by the dosing auger and discharged through the auger tube into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The portion volume is set by the number of auger revolutions and the auger size. This makes the filler suitable for powder products where sliding, rotary cup or valve volumetric dosing is not accurate or stable enough.
Auger Volumetric Filler DSH Servo can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with SIGITASPAK vertical packaging machines, PITPACK systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines for food, chemical and construction material manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
