Auger Volumetric Filler DSH1 for Powders
Auger Volumetric Filler DSH1 is a compact auger dosing unit designed for volumetric filling of dusty, powdery and difficult-to-flow products.
The filler is suitable for flour, starch, cocoa powder, chicory, dry milk, mustard powder, spices, powdered ingredients, fine construction mixes and other food or non-food powder products that require controlled auger dosing.
DSH1 doses the product by a rotating auger. The portion volume is set by the number of auger revolutions and the auger size, making the machine suitable for powder products where sliding or rotary cup dosing is not effective.
The machine operates in a stepwise working cycle. Product is loaded into the hopper, mixed to support stable feeding, moved by the dosing auger and discharged through the auger tube into a packaging machine, container or receiving system.
The filler can be controlled by a controller or industrial computer with touchscreen interface, depending on configuration. Operating information is displayed on the control screen, allowing the operator to monitor the dosing process during production.
Auger Volumetric Filler DSH1 can operate as standalone dosing equipment or be integrated with SIGITASPAK vertical packaging machines, PITPACK systems, conveyors and complete packaging lines for food, chemical and construction material manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
