AMATA-CW-AUTO Automatic Checkweigher for Packaging Lines
AMATA-CW-AUTO Automatic Checkweigher is designed for dynamic in-line weight control of individual products, packaged products, boxes and other controlled objects moving through a production or packaging line.
The checkweigher automatically measures the product weight on a moving conveyor and compares the result with the preset acceptable weight range. Products outside the tolerance can be rejected from the line depending on the selected configuration.
Automatic checkweighing helps control product weight in real time, reduce underweight or overweight packages and improve quality control before final packaging, labeling, case packing or shipment.
AMATA-CW-AUTO software automatically calculates the product length, optimal weighing time and rejection moment. This simplifies setup and allows the checkweigher to work with products of different shapes and lengths.
The machine includes feeding, weighing and discharge conveyors, a weighing module, control computer, operator panel and light-and-sound alarm system. The weighing platform is protected by a special cover that helps reduce external influence on the weighing area.
AMATA-CW-AUTO Automatic Checkweigher can be integrated into SIGITASPAK packaging lines with VFFS machines, flow pack machines, metal detectors, labeling systems, conveyors, case packers and end-of-line equipment for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
