AMATA 250MD Conveyor Metal Detector for Packaging Lines
AMATA 250MD Conveyor Metal Detector is designed for detecting foreign metal objects in raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products moving along a conveyor belt.
The system automatically scans products on the moving conveyor. If no metal contamination is detected, the product continues through the production or packaging line for further processing.
Metal detection helps improve product safety and protect downstream equipment from accidental foreign objects containing magnetic and non-magnetic metals.
When metal particles or foreign metal objects are detected, the machine activates light and sound indication. Depending on the selected configuration, the contaminated product can be rejected automatically into a dedicated reject collection device.
AMATA 250MD can detect non-ferrous alloys, stainless steel and carbon steel. The conveyor belt width is 250 mm, and the system is available with a controlled object height of 100 mm or 250 mm.
AMATA 250MD Conveyor Metal Detector can be integrated into SIGITASPAK packaging lines with VFFS machines, flow pack machines, weighing systems, checkweighers, conveyors, labeling equipment and end-of-line systems for manufacturers in the UAE, GCC countries, the Middle East, Africa and other international markets.
