SIGI CBA + SFINGE Header Card Packaging Complex
SIGI CBA + SFINGE is an integrated packaging complex designed for forming, filling and sealing bags for long or fragile products and applying cardboard header cards to the finished package.
The complex combines a SFINGE vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine with a SIGI CBA header card application module. This configuration is suitable for spaghetti, long pasta, bread sticks, rusks and other long or shape-sensitive products packed in flat bottom or stabilo bags.
The main purpose of the complex is to automate the production of premium retail bags with cardboard headers: the package is formed and sealed, then the cardboard element is applied to improve shelf presentation and give the product a more distinctive craft-style appearance.
SFINGE forms the package from roll-fed heat-sealable film and is designed for products where length, shape or fragility must be considered during filling. The machine can work with flat bottom and stabilo-style formats depending on configuration.
The SIGI CBA module applies a cardboard header or sleeve to the finished bag using hot melt glue. Optional devices can be added for rivet insertion, label application, printing and other package finishing functions.
SIGI CBA + SFINGE is a special integrated solution for manufacturers that need long product packaging with a premium header card format. It can be supplied or adapted according to the available machine configuration, package dimensions and product requirements.
